Abstract

The research investigates the effect of an experimental university course on the level of non-attachment and on the changes in a exercise of sociometric alignment within a group of female students. The course involved a theoretical part, three sociodrama meetings and the realization by the learners of a product of digital storytelling relating to the empowerment of women. The results confirm that the inclusion of empowerment training in a university course is able to significantly increase the psychological well-being of the participants.
